In an impressive start to the season, the Pacelli boys basketball team showcased their prowess on the court with an outstanding 89-35 win over Bethelham Christian. The Vikings asserted their dominance early, leading 60-19 at halftime.

The night was marked by exceptional teamwork, as the team accumulated a remarkable 17 assists while maintaining a tight control on possessions with only 7 turnovers. On the defensive end, Pacelli forced an impressive 30 turnovers, highlighting their commitment to creating scoring opportunities.

Senior guard TJ Smith emerged as a standout player, leading the Vikings with an impressive 24 points, including 5 successful three-pointers. Sophomore guard Jayddence Ford contributed significantly with 18 points, adding to the team's offensive firepower.

Senior point guard Travis "Deuce" Moore delivered a well-rounded performance, contributing 9 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists. Junior Jalien Bush showcased his skills with 11 points, a perfect 4/4 from the field, and 3 steals, making a solid impact on both ends of the court.

What makes the victory even more commendable is the balanced scoring effort, with a total of 11 players contributing points. This depth demonstrates the team's versatility and ability to rely on various players for offensive production.
