The Lady Vikings volleyball teams embarked on a journey to Macon, Georgia, for a thrilling tri-match showdown against FPD and Creekside on Tuesday night. In a display of talent and determination, both the JV and Varsity squads showcased their prowess, leaving a trail of success on the court.

Varsity Dominance

The Varsity Lady Vikings began their evening with an astounding victory over FPD, dominating the scoreboard with scores of 25-5 and 25-2. Sophomore sensation, Shannon Menefee, led the charge with an impressive tally of 7 kills. Junior Selena Centeno added to the spectacle with a stunning 8 service aces.

The momentum carried forward as the Varsity Lady Vikings faced off against the formidable Creekside team, known for their impressive record. In a true display of skill and teamwork, the Lady Vikings emerged victorious in two sets. Junior Caroline Hilton stood out with an impressive performance, contributing with blocking, 6 kills, 3 aces, and 2 digs. Freshman Malia Resnick showcased her potential with 4 kills and 1 ace. Sophomore Anna Do played a pivotal role with 10 digs and 16 assists, orchestrating the team's offense brilliantly.
